Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored only for you.
Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.Please tell us the deadline for receipt when you place order.
It will take 18-25 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about another 6 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your hand. Th e exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.
Rush Order
We can provide rush order service (15 days rush order). The mean processing time is 5 days and the mean shipping time is 4-6 days. You need to pay extra 50 U.S. dollars for this service.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 4 days from the date merchandise was received.
Most dresses are Custom-Made as per buyer's Request. So,We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
For every refund/exchange,restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.
You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items.
